Our team will erect and dismantle the stage, please do not attempt to do this yourselves.
Yes please! Part of our terms & conditions are that the hall should be cleaned and left as it was found.
Please note: You don’t need to wash the floor of the hall, as this is done by our inhouse cleaning team.
yes, the code will be given out at time of hire
Yes, we have wheelchair access and a disabled toilet at the hall.
There are 8 designated parking spaces plus a disabled parking space directly outside the hall.
There is also parking for the hall in the school car park – the school car park can also be used for general parking when available.
Two disabled parking spaces are available for those that need them.
Keys for the hall are available by contacting the hall booking secretary
Yes. Baby changing facilities are located in the disabled toilet.

We’re sorry but we do not accept bookings for 18th or 21st birthday parties.
Wedding Hire FAQs
The hall has its own licencee. If you wish to run a bar we would need times and contact information for this to be approved.
Yes. We limit the number of weekend weddings to 8 per year. These are booked with a deposit on a first come, first served basis.
The recreation ground can generally be used by hirers however if they wish to erect marquees, gazebos, bouncy castles or have BBQs etc then they need Parish Council permission.
Provided you are not selling alcohol we are happy for you to bring your own
The recreational land is the responsibility of The Parish Council and any/all requests for use in conjunction with the hire of The Village Hall will have to be put in writing.
Yes. We have a stage that can be erected – please ensure you tick the box on the booking form.
There are lots of ways you can set up the hall for your wedding, so it would depend on the layout you would prefer. Please email the booking secretary who will arrange for you to visit the hall.
